As the manufacturing sector continues to expand, demand for talent is rising. To help us better serve our clients our Richmond team is increasing our staff with the addition of a Project Coordinator. Successful performance can lead into advancement to a leadership role of Account Manager.

Project Coordinators play a key role within the search and recruiting process and work on multiple search assignments from our client companies. Guided by an Account Manager, Project Coordinators are trained to recognize critical candidate skills, experience, and credentials required by the client. From both in-house databases and internet-based sources, a Project Coordinator identifies potential candidates and initiates contact. Success in our business requires effective one-to-one personal communication skills via both electronic communications and phone contact. Successful Project Coordinators have highly developed perceptive skills to accurately assess past performance and future capabilities of candidates. Our typical candidate has a Bachelors degree, an MBA, is articulate, intelligent, and ambitious. Our challenge is to locate find the cream of the crop for our clients.

We require a four year college degree and a minimum 1-2 years professional experience. Prior recruiting experience is not expected……..we will expend significant resources to train Project Coordinators. We require excellent oral and written skills, a sense of urgency, a high service commitment to customers, superior listening skills, and the ability to ask tough questions. Creative thinking and adaptability are paramount to success.
