Our $2+ billion client is a manufacturer of engineered industrial and commercial products. This division is focused on growth strategies and poised to pursue acquisitions domestically and internationally. Preparing for growth executive leadership has identified gaps within its quality systems, process quality procedures, supplier development and performance measurement, as well as customer quality systems. A robust quality program is vital to expansion. The Quality Manager will lead all quality functions, develop the forward strategy and metrics, and drive tactical deployment.

Requirements include a technical Bachelors degree, ASQ certifications, and experience with ISO9000 and TS16949. The client prefers a technical Masters or MBA, plus requires experience with lean concepts and Six Sigma analytical tools. Prior experience with automotive quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Cpk, Gage R&R, ANNOVA, Control Plans, and 8D are required. Candidates should have at least 10 years experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles to include previous site-level Quality Management. Our client appreciates breadth of experience demonstrated by leadership of other manufacturing functions such as production, engineering, supply chain, or continuous improvement.
