Success is attributed to relentless adherence to lean/TPS deployment while constantly challenging the superior talent resources within the organization. This search is a within premier business group of the corporation, with a track record for providing key operations leadership for the entire corporation. A Continuous Improvement Engineer is a 20-24 month grooming role, charged to drive continuous improvement to the next level. Our client is typically the market leader of its products and benchmark for the competition.

Our client requires an MBA, or significant progress toward attainment, in addition to a Business, Operations, or Engineering Bachelors degree. Individuals must have at least six years manufacturing experience, which includes prior roles within operations, operations excellence, supply chain, finance, or engineering. A passion for lean/TPS principles and prior leadership of kaizen events are requisite for consideration. Candidates must demonstrate success with cellular concepts, standard work, 5S, setup reduction, kanbans, visual factory, plus intensity for metrics. This role leads teams - persuasive communication skills are paramount for success.
