This client is a significant automotive component manufacturer, producing products for both domestic and transplant automotive customers. This site is among multiple Midwest locations and enjoys advanced technological process advantages. Marketing of new applications and capabilities has produced steady and consistent growth. They require a Finishing Manager to manage all finishing technical and production operations within this non-union plant. With an expansion into new products, this role can lead to continued advancement in operations management.
This client requires a minimum of six years supervisory experience with painting processes for plastic components. A 4-year degree is preferred by this client, but individuals with the required experience and a 2-year degree will be considered. Individuals must have prior automotive experience. Superior communication skills are requisite for effective team leadership and forward development.
