This client's philosophy of solid quality and strong customer service has yielded steady and consistent new business. As a joint venture with a major OEM, they manufacture automotive components with a focus on lean/TPS manufacturing concepts. Using advanced equipment and patented processes, they are technology-driven. Expanded business requires the addition of a Manufacturing Engineer. This key role will install and improve new equipment, and validate processes in preparation for launch of new product lines. Reporting directly to the Division Manager, successful performance can lead to engineering leadership within an expanding engineering function.

This client requires a technical Bachelors degree, preferably in mechanical engineering. Individuals must have a minimum of three years manufacturing engineering experience which includes process and equipment depth with plastic injection molding. Automotive industry exposure is highly desired.

Our client prefers candidates currently residing in Ohio or an adjacent state.
