1/3 due upon signing of the contract.
1/3 due 30 days from first payment.
1/3 due upon placement.

Engagement Priority Search
Engagement Search best suits positions which must be filled in a timely period and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. A project team will recruit daily on the assignment until the search is completed. Candidates are offered exclusively to the client for a period of 45 days. The terms and conditions of the Engagement Search are:
One third of the anticipated fee is due upon signing of the contract.
Balance of the service charge is contingent and due upon placement.
Our success ratio for Priority Search is 94%.
Contingency search may be used for positions, which are less urgent in nature. Many clients select this option when a less critical need exists, or when the need for a particular profile is constant. Candidates are not offered exclusively and recruiting is performed as resources are available. The terms and conditions for Contingency Search are:
Payment due upon successful completion of the search.
Our success ratio for Contingency Search is 25%.
