Retained Search
Our Retained option offers a top-priority, full-service search with a dedicated project team assigned to your project until completed. We recommend this approach for critical assignments that must be filled in a short time period. All candidates recruited will be exclusively presented to the client. The terms and conditions of our Retained Search are:

1/3 due upon signing of the contract.
1/3 due 30 days from first payment.
1/3 due upon placement.
The service charge is negotiated based upon the complexity of the search. Our success ratio for Retained Search is 92%.


Priority Search
Priority Search best suits positions which must be filled in a timely period and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. A project team will work with the client until the position is filled. Candidates are offered exclusively to the client for a period of 30 days. The terms and conditions of the Priority Search are:

One third of the anticipated fee is due upon signing of the contract.
Balance of the service charge due upon placement.
Our success ratio for Priority Search is 85%.


Contingency Search
Contingency search may be used for positions, which are less urgent in nature. Many clients select this option when a less critical need exists, or when the need for a particular profile is constant. Candidates are not offered exclusively and recruiting is performed, as staff is available. The terms and conditions for Contingency Search are:

Payment due upon successful completion of the search.
Our success ratio for Contingency Search is 25%.
